1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure and verified channels, including:
    Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, American Express)
    Net Banking (via RBI-authorized banks only)
    UPI (e.g., BHIM, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe)
    Digital Wallets
    NEFT/RTGS for bulk or customized orders (details provided upon request).

2. Tax Compliance

All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly mentioned. A detailed invoice with GST breakup will be provided post-purchase.

3. Payment Security

Do not share sensitive financial details (OTP, CVV, UPI PIN) with any third party.

4. What should I do if a transaction fails?

Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons:
Information passed on to payment gateway is inaccurate, i.e., account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
Your Internet connection is disrupted in the process
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within seven working days.

5. Penalties for Fraudulent Activities

Any attempt to commit payment fraud, including the use of invalid payment methods or false chargeback claims, will be treated as a criminal offense. Such cases will be reported to law enforcement authorities under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Section 420.

6. Changes to the Policy

Daniel Furnitures (P) Limited reserves the right to modify this policy in compliance with Indian laws. Updates will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
