Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no charges applicable. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Discounted Products: Products purchased at a discount are non-cancellable under any circumstances.
3. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through Cheque, NEFT transfer, or Credit/Debit Card transfer from the original payment method. The method of refund will be determined by Daniel. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund process. If a cheque is issued, it will be sent via courier within 7 working days, with the delivery time dependent on the transit duration.

Exchange Policy

1. No Exchanges (Except Damaged or Defective Products): We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours with photographic evidence, and we will replace the damaged item or part as necessary.
2. Exchanged Product: If an exchange is granted, the replacement will be identical to the original product purchased.

Return Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Products: We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photographic evidence.
2. Product Replacement: If a part of the product is found defective, we will arrange for a replacement of that part.
3. Refund in Case of No Replacement: If a replacement or replacement part is unavailable, we will process a refund within 7 business days of confirming the issue.

Shipping for Damaged Products

If a product is damaged or defective, we will arrange free reverse pickup and ensure that a replacement is delivered at no cost to you.

For returns, cancellations, or refunds, please ensure you inform us within 24 hours of receiving your product. Products returned without prior communication will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.

By the Company - Cancellations & Refunds

If the supplied product is found defective or cannot be repaired or replaced, you will be offered the option to purchase a similar product. Any price difference will need to be paid by you, or we will refund you within 6-7 business days.
